Dr. Mojtaba Bandarabadi is a Senior Researcher in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Lausanne. Before this, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the same university and at Inselspital, Universitätsspital Bern in the Department of Neurology. He holds a Ph.D. in Informatics Engineering from the University of Coimbra. Dr. Bandarabadi’s work focuses on advancing biomedical research through his expertise in biomedical sciences and informatics engineering.
Dr. Meysam Asgari is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (CSEE) program at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). His research focuses on automatic speech recognition (ASR), speech and language processing, machine learning, deep neural networks (DNN), and diagnosing speech disorders. Dr. Asgari is a recognized expert in his field, contributing significantly to advancements in speech technology and health-related applications.
Seyed Mohsen Hosseini is a dedicated computer scientist specializing in deep learning and natural language processing, with a robust background as a graduate teaching assistant and published author in prestigious journals. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Western University, his research centers on protein-protein interaction prediction using Large Language Models. With expertise in machine learning frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, as well as web development and cloud computing, Seyed Mohsen is passionate about contributing to innovative projects and collaborating with others in the field.
Alireza Bayestehtashk holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Oregon Health & Science University. He has extensive experience in speech recognition research, currently working at M*Modal in the Greater Pittsburgh Area for over seven years. His previous roles include Research Assistant at Oregon Health & Science University and a Research Intern at Google, where he contributed to robust automatic speech recognition using microphone array processing.
With a focus on the convergence of computer science and statistics, Amir Babaeian has amassed over a decade of experience in developing analytical solutions for diverse applications encompassing computer vision, natural language processing, recommender systems, and time series analysis.
Amir attained a PhD in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, specializing in the development of algorithms for dimensionality reduction and community detection in large-scale graphs. Currently, his scholarly pursuits center on the utilization of machine learning and natural language processing within the realm of healthcare.
